I love Sunday newspapers. They have so many interesting things that you might want to know besides the comics, puzzles and horoscopes.

Today in Kim Komando's column she tells all about workout music and offers a download to measure BPM (beats per minute) for the best results. Songs for walking would be best between 115 and 118 BPM; power walkers 137 to 139 BPM; runners 147 to 160 BPM.

The handy gadget to analyze your music for the best workout tape can be found at http://www.mixmeister.com/bpmanalyzer/bpmanalyzer.asp. It is free and comes with all the instructions on how to analyze the music in your library. Or you could download new stuff.

Lost a couple pounds the past week on my new diet that I call 'heat wave'. Weather is too hot to eat anything but cold stuff and yogurt. Still can't stick with the little poem, though:

No sugar
No wheat
No dairy
No meat

If you cross off all those food groups what's left?!

Healthy proteine like fish and plenty of vegetables :D

You can feed a whole country with that ;)

All of the above isn't good for your body. Yeh, you need it but in small amounts, it should be eaten with vegies en proteine (fish, chicked, turkey, YOHGURT!)

Sugar, wheat and meat are the big nono's,... dairy is health cause it's high in proteine... but then humans aren't really built to drink loads of milk and eat dairy products, that because it forms one heavy mass in our stomach and is hard to digest. So... I still eat dairy, but not too much as I digest it very badly, you can try soy products :D

Good luck :D

I threw in lots of yogurt, fruit, fish, rice, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots and cold cereal, too. Lots of stuff you can eat cold. Might try some turkey and cheese with that today. ;)

Going into the 80sF/30C today.
